Description
Threadmaster Pro – Universal Thread Gauge
The Threadmaster Pro is a compact, multi-functional measuring tool designed and 3D-printed to provide mechanics and machinists with a complete solution in one pocket-sized device.
Main Functions:
1. Bolt length measurement – the built-in ruler (0–100 mm) allows quick and easy measurement of bolt length.
2. Metal type detection with magnet – an optional magnet can be added to identify whether a bolt is made of regular steel or stainless steel. In the field, this is especially useful for selecting the correct welding electrode.
3. Thread identification – the gauge supports the following thread standards:
Metric (M)
Inch (UNC/UNF)
BSP
Identification is done by inserting the bolt into the matching slots on the gauge.
4. Matching spanner sizes – on the back of the booklet, the corresponding spanner size for each bolt is indicated.
5. Keyway slot measurement – dedicated gauges allow checking the size of keyways in couplings, gears, and shafts.
6. 90° folding design – the gauge can be opened to a 90° angle and used as a machinist’s square for checking right angles.
7. Key size verification using pass-through slots – special slots in the gauge allow passing the key through to identify its exact size.
