This press transforms the Parkside PLS48D2 soldering station into a precise tool for heat-setting threaded inserts, ensuring clean, perpendicular, and repeatable insertions without risking excessive melting of the surrounding material.
The design utilizes a simple drawer slide and a dedicated locking collar for the soldering iron.
