Hello everyone,

here you can print your own RC remote control. The core component is an ESP32, flashed with espnow. The remote control was designed for an indoor robot and has a range of approximately 20 meters. Power is supplied via a rechargeable 9V battery. A voltage converter is also required between the battery and the ESP32.

A standard joystick is used for control. However, this needs to be adjusted. The pins must be bent downwards by approximately 90° to prevent collision with the lid. The three switches are freely assignable. I used the rear one as an on/off switch. This interrupts the circuit between the battery and the ESP32.

The 3D printed parts were post-processed with sandpaper to achieve a very smooth surface.

The following components were used:

Have fun printing and programming :)
