I started with a small Snapmaker that constantly produced some kind of waste I then switched to a Prusa MK3 kit and am now using a Bambulab printer due to the great print quality

Did an ancestor of Snoopy roam the fern forests of the Jura millions of years ago with his friend Woodstock, where the Messel Pit is located today? Somehow, it seems that way. A sensation for all Peanuts fans. The fossilization was found in the Messels Pit in Germany by a researcher named Linus and carefully prepared from the shale ;=)
Ok, joking aside. This model was created as a JPG with the help of an AI program. The image was created by the AI in such a way that of course only a resemblance to the cartoon character Snoopy is created, but there is no copyright infringement. It is the relief of a fossilization of a dog that lived two million years ago and of course looks only somewhat similar to Snoopy.

Ein Urahn von Snoopy (Peanuts) jagte vermutlich schon vor ein paar Millionen Jahren zusammen mit seinem Freund Woodstock, bei dem es sich wohl um einen späten Flugsaurier handelte durch die Farnwälder des Jura. Zumindest wurde in der Grube Messels in Deutschland eine Versteinerung gefunden die diesen Schluss nahelegt. Diese wurde von einem Wissenschaftler heimlich gescannt und nun steht ihnen das 3D Relief zum Ausdruck zur Verfügung. ;=)
