I went in deleted plate two and loaded both parts in separately so I could auto level each part. The problem before was that one or both parts where not level but where being registered as one body making it impossible for it to level them out. They are now separate entities and have been auto leveled! Sorry it caused so many problem but I appreciate the feed back.
