I just uploaded a set of squat wedges / calf ramps to MakerWorld. They are designed with a built-in heel cup and top texture to prevent your feet from sliding during a workout. As shown in pictures, I added a layer of rubber padding to the bottom of mine to prevent sliding on smooth floors, which I highly recommend doing.
