Perfect Print profile.  In particular, I learned something from this one.  There is no seam on the print.  This print profile uses random seam position, which i haven't had luck with in the past because it tends to leave ugly blobs instead, and would change the clearances.  But random seam position combined with the 0.08 layer height .. DAMN .. perfect results.

Wish I could boost this.  I haven't received any MakerWorld points in a long time.

Thanks for this.  The print profile is fine.  I really appreciate the parametric model too.  I used these as blast gates in a custom plenum.  One problem I ran into is that the gates are quite a bit thinner than the spacers so not matter how tight I screw this down, there is no friction on the gate to hold it in place.  I had to add strips of duct tape to give the gates adequate friction to hold in place.  For my use case at least, I wish the gates were only a touch thinner.

These are fantastic.  They work great with 1/2" labels (I have a Brother P Touch), and the ties can be cinched tight.  I did change the print settings to get better results:

- Wall loops: 1
- Infill Direction: 180

This way the single layer forming the tie has the continuous extrusion going along the length perpendicular to the bend.
