I've been interested in 3D printing, but from the sidelines, for about 10 years. I was minutes away from purchasing a resin printer as my first, when I remembered seeing a couple of videos that consumer level filament printers could almost get to the quality of resin printers, so I did some research and was sold. I've always been more interested in practical prints than doing miniatures, and the ease at which the P1S can do quite smooth prints in materials with useful physical properties had me instantly convinced it was the right choice.
