The Ikea Skadis board is practical in my everyday life for storing small parts. Sometimes you need a few screws or similar for a project and it's impractical to take them out by hand, you don't know how many you need and the rest fly around the apartment and sorting them is a pain. I designed the removable trays to counteract this problem. Need a few screws for your project? Take the whole tray with you and simply put it back later :)
