I am an IT system engineer with a strong passion for aviation. In addition to my expertise in information technology, I have pursued a second career as a professional pilot and flight instructor. The intersection of aviation and technology has always fascinated me, and model building, particularly constructing model airplanes and drones, provides the perfect opportunity to combine my two passions.

Just tested my modified GPS mount for the Flywoo Flylens85. By moving the ELRS antenna below the GPS and tilting the module slightly, I improved my satellite lock from about 5 to around 8–10 satellites. Small change, but a big improvement in GPS performance — what do you think about it? 🙂

🚗 Small RC Car Project 🚗
I just uploaded my small RC car powered by four 360° servos!
It runs on a single 18650 battery, the wheels are mounted directly on the servos, and it works with almost any receiver (I used an old Graupner one).
The chassis is already prepared for Cyberbrick compatibility, and a controller mount will be added later. Simple, fun, and easy to build – check it out!
