This sign is none of those.
It's based on a German wordplay involving the word Gänsehaut (goosebumps). If you deliberately split it into two words, it becomes Gänse haut "slaps geese."
That leads to the wonderfully saying:
"Wer Gänsehaut, der haut auch Enten."
Literally: Whoever slaps geese also slaps ducks.
It sounds like an ancient piece of wisdom, but it's actually complete nonsense. That's the entire joke 😄
