At a hotel? Not enough hooks to hang your towels? Not enough places to hand a bag or jacket? Well, my S hook provides a secure and sturdy design to make sure your items can hand safely and securely. Just print it right before you go to a hotel! Hang the hook on a shower curtain rod, clothes hanger rod, etc. #Sharing Makes #Printblueprint #helpful

The Weekly Build - Issue 5
The Weekly BuildVolume #1, Issue #5By: BuiltByDesignSummaryWelcome modelers, printers, designers, and more! Welcome back to another issue of "The Weekly Build"! First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who continues reading these newsletters and supporting my projects. It really means a lot and helps keep this going. This week we’ll be looking at the top trending searches, a trending community make, my current and future model plans, and a quick follower update. Also, I want to include an important notice about next week, so please read that section. Let’s get started!🚨 Important Notice 🚨I just wanted to let everyone know ahead of time that there will probably not be an issue next week. Thank you for understanding! I’ll try to be back as soon as possible with more updates for The Weekly Build.Follower UpdateI also want to give a quick shoutout to my current followers!Marble Run Creatoruser_1501879141AcaciaPrintsDawood AlbaqsamiStefan13user_1216566783 (newest follower!)Thank you all for the support! It’s awesome seeing more people follow along and check out my work. Every follower really helps motivate me to keep designing and improving.Top Trending SearchesOne thing I always like checking is what people are currently searching for on MakerWorld. It’s a great way to see what kinds of models are popular right now. Here are the top trending searches:ToyFathers DayWorld CupClickerOffice Desk Organizer Some categories stay consistent, like toys and clickers, while others come and go depending on the time of year. For example, Fathers Day is trending right now because people are looking for gift ideas and quick prints. Office desk organizers also stay pretty popular because they’re useful in everyday setups. And of course, clickers are still going strong because they’re fun, simple, and satisfying to print and use.Trending Community MakeOne of the trending community makes this week is the No-Slip Bed Sheet Lock. This model is a simple but really useful design that helps keep fitted sheets from slipping off the mattress. It’s one of those prints that solves a real everyday problem, which is probably why it’s getting so much attention. All it needs to work: — just a few simple parts that clip in place and do their job well.If you want to check it out, here’s the link:https://makerworld.com/en/models/2919927-no-slip-bed-sheet-lock#profileId-3267048 Future Model PlansI’m still working on AMS-compatible trail signs, along with non-AMS versions as well. I think both versions give different options depending on what people want to print.I also plan on continuing to design more general models, but I’m still not fully sure what my next big project will be yet. I have a few ideas floating around, but nothing fully decided.Sometimes the best ideas come later, so I’m going to keep experimenting and see what I come up with.Community ThoughtsOne thing I really like about MakerWorld is how there’s always a mix of fun and useful models being shared. Some people focus on practical prints like organizers and tools, while others create fun designs like toys, fidgets, and creative gadgets. It’s cool to see both sides of the community growing at the same time. There’s always something new popping up every week, and that’s what keeps it interesting.Closing ThoughtsThank you for reading Issue #5 of The Weekly Build!Sorry again in advance if there is no issue next week — I’ll be back as soon as I can.I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read, follow, and support my projects. It really means a lot.See you soon for Volume #2, Issue #1!

The Weekly Build - Issue 4
The Weekly BuildVolume #1, Issue #4By: BuiltByDesignSummaryHappy Monday ☀️! Welcome to “The Weekly Build”!First off, sorry for the late issue this week! Things have been a little busy, but I still wanted to make sure I got another issue out. Thank you to everyone who continues to read these newsletters and support my MakerWorld journey. It has been really cool seeing people enjoy these articles each week. This week we'll be taking a look at the current top trending searches, a trending community make, my future model plans, a quick follower update, and some thoughts about the MakerWorld community. Hope you enjoy this issue!Community Support - FollowersOne thing I've been grateful for is the support from people who continue to follow my profile and check out my models.I'd like to give a quick shoutout to some of my followers:Marble Run Creatoruser_1501879141AcaciaPrintsDawood AlbaqsamiStefan13Thank you all for the support! It's always encouraging to see people interested in my projects and newsletters. I appreciate every follower and everyone who takes the time to view, download, comment on, or support my models.Thank you all for following my profile! Every follower means a lot and it's awesome seeing more people interested in my projects. I appreciate all the support and hope you continue enjoying my future models and newsletters.Top Trending SearchesOne thing I always find interesting is looking at what people are searching for on MakerWorld. It gives a good idea of what types of models people are currently interested in printing.Fidgets continue to stay near the very top and have been one of the most popular searches for quite a while now. Here are some of the current top searches:Trending Community MakeOne of the trending community makes this week is the Textured Twisty Dragon Egg Fidget. This model combines several popular categories all into one print. It has a dragon theme, a dragon egg design, and it functions as a fidget as well. It is easy to see why this model has been getting so much attention recently. The texture on the egg gives it a really nice appearance, and the dragon inside makes it even more fun. Models like this show how creative the MakerWorld community can be.If you'd like to check it out, here's the model page:https://makerworld.com/en/models/2865269-textured-twisty-dragon-egg-fidget#profileId-3198065 Future Model PlansI am still working on my AMS-compatible Trail Signs. I have been continuing to experiment with different ideas and designs, and I hope to have more of them available in the future. The Phone Holder project is still alive as well! I'm still trying to come up with a design that I really like before releasing anything. As always, I have a few other ideas floating around that may eventually become models. Sometimes the best projects start as random ideas and slowly develop into something bigger.Community ThoughtsOne thing I've really enjoyed recently is seeing all the creativity coming from the Great Benchy Nations. For anyone who hasn't seen it, creators have been making their own nations, flags, lore, alliances, and stories based around Benchies. It's amazing how a simple 3D printed boat has turned into such a creative community project. What I like most about it is that there really aren't many rules. People can create their own countries, tell their own stories, and build their own ideas. It shows how creative the MakerWorld community can be when people work together on something fun.I also continue to be amazed by how quickly the top trending searches change. One week everyone is focused on one thing, and the next week something completely different is trending. That's one of my favorite things about MakerWorld. There is always something new happening, new ideas being shared, and new creators joining the community. It makes every week interesting to see what people come up with next. I'd Like To Hear From YouYes! I would like to hear from you. Comment your mdoel ideas, article ideas and more! Be creative. I will be open to new ideas and consider all of them! Closing ThoughtsThank you again for checking out Issue #4 of The Weekly Build!I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read these newsletters, follow my profile, and support my projects.Hopefully you enjoyed this week's overview of trending searches, community makes, future plans, and follower update.See you next week for Volume #1, Issue #5!

The Weekly Build - Issue #3
The Weekly BuildVolume #1, Issue #3By: BuiltByDesignSummaryWelcome to The Weekly Build. Hope you are having an amazing weeked! Thank you to everyone who has continued reading these newsletters. It's been really cool seeing people enjoy them and leave positive feedback. This week we'll be talking about the current top trending searches on MakerWorld, some future model plans I have, one of the top trending community makes, and a few thoughts about the amazing MakerWorld community. Hope you enjoy this issue!Top Trending SearchesOne thing I always find interesting is looking at what people are searching for on MakerWorld. It gives a good idea of what types of models people are currently interested in printing. Here are some of the current top searches:FidgetPokemonWorld CupClickerDragonToyKeychainPhone StandIt's always surprising to see how much these searches change from week to week. Some searches stay near the top for a long time, while others suddenly appear and climb the rankings very quickly.Fidgets continue to hold the #1 spot and have remained one of the most popular searches for quite some time. Clickers are also continuing to gain popularity as more creators design unique and creative versions. One thing that really caught my attention this week was seeing World Cup near the top of the search rankings. It's interesting because it isn't directly related to 3D printing itself. Instead, it shows how people use 3D printing to create things connected to sports, hobbies, events, and other interests from around the world. It will be interesting to see what searches rise and fall over the next few weeks!Future Model PlansI am still planning on creating more AMS-compatible prints. Multi-color printing opens up so many possibilities, and I have been enjoying experimenting with different ideas.I am currently working on more trail signs designed for AMS printing. There are still a lot of themes and ideas I would like to try, and I think there is plenty of room to expand that collection. The phone holder is still on my project list as well. I haven't fully decided on a design yet, but it's something I would still like to make in the future.Another project I want to TRY to make is a fidget toy. Since fidgets continue to dominate the trending searches, I think it would be a fun challenge to design one myself and see what I can come up with.Trending Community MakeOne of the trending community makes this week is the Aqua Pen - Water Prank Pen by PeWu.This model takes an ordinary-looking pen and turns it into a fun prank item that can squirt water. It is simple, creative, and exactly the kind of fun model that catches people's attention. Not every print needs to solve a problem. Sometimes the best prints are just designed to make people laugh and have fun, and I think this model does a great job of that.If you want to check it out for yourself, here's the model page:https://makerworld.com/en/models/2814241-aqua-pen-water-prank-pen#profileId-3133050 Print Clinic - @MakerWorldI still love the idea of the Print Clinic that MakerWorld has started! It gives people a place to ask questions, share problems, and get help from experienced users. Sometimes a printing issue that might take hours to solve can be fixed in just a few minutes because someone else has already experienced it before. It's great seeing people helping each other and sharing their knowledge with the community.Community ThoughtsWhat a wonderful community MakerWorld has become. There are so many people willing to help others solve problems, answer questions, and share advice. The people helping others in Print Clinic deserve a lot of credit for making the community such a helpful place. At the same time, there are plenty of people creating models just for fun. Whether it's a toy, a fidget, a prank model, or a useful tool, there is always something new to discover. One thing I've continued noticing while working on this newsletter is just how quickly trends move throughout the community. One week everyone is talking about one thing, and the next week something completely different is trending. That constant change is part of what makes MakerWorld so interesting. There is always something new happening, and creators are constantly coming up with creative ideas. I also appreciate how hardworking and creative the 3D printing community is. My FollowersThanks to my followers, as each and everyone one of them motivative me to keep going, and generate more models. Thanks for your support! @AcaciaPrints (Acacia Prints) @the.most.humble (Marble Run Creator) @user_1501879141 (user_1501879141) @DawoodAlbaqsami! In the comments below coment things you would like to see in the next issue! Comment new section ideas, amazing models, what you think of these articles, and more! The Weekly Build - Issue #2
The Weekly Build - Issue #2
The Weekly BuildVolume #1, Issue #2By: BuiltByDesign Hello everyone and welcome back to another issue of The Weekly Build! I'm glad I got positive feedback on my intro to my article! I want to thank everyone who saw the very first issue and supported the start of this newsletter. Seeing people interested helped me to start. This week, we'll be talking about some of the current top searches on MakerWorld, future model plans, and one of the top trending models! Hope you enjoy this issue!Top Trending Searches    Some search categories are more popular than others. The very first topic has stayed in the lead for a very long time! Hew are a few of the current top searches:FidgetDragonToyPokemonVaseClickerOffice Desk OrganizerCatSome of these searches fluctuate from day to day. But some of them stay the same like fidgets. One search category that is really climbing is the Clicker. Lots of people find them cool and easy to print! This challenges modelers, and creators to create the best model possible. Future Model PlansI’ve also been thinking about several future projects that I may begin working on soon. One thing I definitely want to experiment with more is AMS-compatible prints. Multi-color printing opens up a lot of creative possibilities, and I think there are many opportunities for interesting designs that take advantage of color separation and layered effects. I also plan on continuing work on more trail signs. Those have been fun to design, and there are still plenty of ideas and themes I’d like to try in future versions. Different styles, locations, and custom concepts could make future trail sign projects even better. Another possible project idea is a phone holder. This project is still in the early idea phase, but it may appear in a future issue once development starts. Trending Community MakeOne of the trending community makes that has been getting attention recently is the Pentaclick V2 – The Next Gen Rubber Band Clicker. The design combines the satisfying feel of a clicker with a creative rubber band mechanism, making it both fun and interesting from an engineering perspective. The model has been attracting attention because of its compact design, satisfying functionality, and creative concept. Fidget and clicker-style prints have become increasingly popular lately, so it’s not surprising to see models like this trending within the community. If you want to check it out yourself, here’s the model page: Pentaclick V2 – The Next Gen Rubber Band Clicker Print Clinic - @MakerworldI love the new idea of the Print Clinic Makerworld has started! It let's people share their problems, and get very quick solutions to fix their problem. Community ThoughtsOne thing I’ve continued noticing while working on this newsletter is just how quickly trends move throughout the 3D printing community. One week everyone may be focused on articulated models, while the next week clickers, gadgets, or desk toys completely take over the trending pages. That constant change is part of what makes MakerWorld interesting. There’s always something new appearing, and creators are constantly experimenting with different styles, ideas, and concepts. It’ll be interesting to see what categories become popular next over the coming weeks. I also appreciate how hard working the 3D printing community is.  Closing ThoughtsThank you again for checking out Issue #2 of The Weekly Build! Hopefully you enjoyed this week’s overview of trending searches, future project ideas, and community highlights. More updates, builds, and ideas are already being planned for future issues. See you next week for Volume 1, Issue #3!

The Weekly Build - Issue #1
The Weekly Build - Issue #1
The Weekly BuildVolume #1, Issue #1By: BuiltByDesignIntroHappy Saturday everyone, and welcome to the very first official issue of The Weekly Build! I’m excited to finally launch this newsletter and share it with the MakerWorld community. Whether you’re a designer, printer, collector, or just someone who enjoys seeing creative ideas come to life, this newsletter is for you. Each week, we’ll cover some of the most interesting and trending creations on MakerWorld, along with community highlights, exciting projects, future ideas, and updates from me. This newsletter is meant to be both informative and fun, giving a weekly snapshot of what’s happening in the world of 3D printing and design. We also want this newsletter to feel interactive and community-driven, so we may occasionally include polls, design ideas, upcoming concepts, and questions for readers to respond to. Over time, this format will continue to evolve based on feedback and what people enjoy most.Community FocusAlong the way, we’ll explore new trends in 3D printing and share thoughts about where the MakerWorld community could go in the future. There are so many talented people creating incredible things every day, and this newsletter aims to highlight that creativity while also keeping readers informed and inspired.Since this is the very first issue, everything is still in its early stage. Future issues may include more structured sections such as featured themes, project spotlights, design challenges, or community discussions. I’m always open to suggestions, so feel free to share ideas for what you’d like to see included.Updates & Future PlansThis newsletter will also be a place where I can share updates about upcoming models, design ideas, and projects I’m currently working on. Some ideas will be simple concepts, while others may eventually turn into full releases. The goal is to give readers a small behind-the-scenes look at the creative process — how ideas start, develop, and eventually become finished designs. As this project grows, I hope it becomes something that people can follow along with week to week. Why Did I Start This?Over the past several months, I’ve noticed how active and creative the MakerWorld community has become. People are constantly posting new models, sharing remixes, improving existing designs, and showing off their latest projects. It’s really interesting to see how quickly ideas spread and evolve within the community.I also noticed how popular MakerWorld’s Weekly Roundups are, and that inspired me to create something a little different. Instead of only focusing on what has already happened, I wanted to make a newsletter that could also talk about future possibilities, creative concepts, and ideas that people may want to see become reality someday.Another reason for starting this newsletter is simply because building things is fun — and sharing that process with others makes it even better. 3D printing communities are full of experimentation, creativity, and innovation, and I wanted a way to bring some of that excitement together in one place each week.Closing ThoughtsMost importantly, this newsletter is meant to be something enjoyable for the community. Whether you read every issue or just stop by occasionally, I hope The Weekly Build becomes something people look forward to each week.
