Description

This coin sorter is small enough for easy storage but large enough to handle a high volume of coins. I designed this model for the scout association in my neighborhood.

If you want a smaller version (if you have an A1 Mini), you can find it at Stackable Coin Sorter (Version for A1 Mini) by Marvin_A - MakerWorld

And if you want a CUSTOMIZABLE version, you may be interested in this model:  Customizable Coin Sorter (Plate and box)

Make sure to download the version that corresponds to your country.

Please note that the Japanese and Danish versions were tested with fake money only for now. I have no feedback at the moment regarding whether everything works properly or not. Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Beware of warping! Consider adding "mouse ears" to corners if you frequently experience warping in your prints.

*** New Version 2.0 - June 2024

(Version 1 still in files)

*** Lid added - Feb. 2025

The lid is optional but can help shake the module if you place many coins in the first tray.

The lid was tested with the CAN version and is expected to work with all versions. If you could confirm this in the comments, it would be appreciated.  Thanks to N1MIE for the suggestion.

What's new:

  • I applied the same philosophy as Wendy's.  Why make circles when I can make squares?  This provides a larger surface area for bigger jobs.
  • The highest tray is consistently 220 x 220 mm regardless of the country. Each plateau that follows is two millimeters shorter than the previous one, so…
  • When stacked inside, no tray is higher than the others.  So, for storage, 220 x 220 x 52 mm is precisely what you need.
  • The Australian version is now available.

*** UPDATED - April 2023: Euro version added ***

*** UPDATED - December 2023: For Canadian money: If you still have pennies, they will go in the dimes tray. Then, you can use the extra tray to separate them.   (On printable only)

*** UPDATED - March 2024: Japanese version added as requested.

*** UPDATED - March 2024: United Kingdom version added.

*** UPDATED - October 2024: I reordered plates in profiles.  Now tray 1 is on plate 1, 2 on 2, and so on.  Also, I added titles with coin values help identify the tray you want.

*** UPDATED - December 2025: Danish version added.

Please note that the Japanese and Danish versions were tested with fake money only for now. Comments would be greatly appreciated!
