Bill of Materials
Description
Designed and used for testing the sound of silver or gold coins.
Genuine gold and silver coins have a distinct, bright, and long-lasting harmonic ring because of their specific density and stiffness. Base metals or common counterfeits (like tungsten-core gold or copper-lead silver replicas) produce a short, harsh, or muffled "thud."
Easy 1 Plate Print.
Can accommodate a coin roughly 5mm in height and 80mm diameter
To assemble place the snap fit tabs into the hole one at a time, use a thin flat solid item to press it into place ( force needed ) and do the same for the other side.
The fit is really tight, if having trouble pressing in the pegs, try to print the project in .12 layer height.
Thank you!
