Parametric Bracket Generator Angle / Corner / Flat

One customizable model, every bracket you need. Three types, all driven by parameters — no CAD skills required:

• Angle bracket — any angle from 30° to 175° (classic 90°, 45°, 120°…), independent leg lengths
• Corner bracket — 3-way box corner with a solid gusset in the pocket
• Flat mending plate — straight, with rounded ends

Customize everything: width, thickness, leg lengths, hole count (0–6 per leg), hole diameter, countersinks for flat-head screws, adjustment slots, gusset bracing (sides / center / both), inner-corner fillet, and edge chamfer.

Designed for strength, not just looks:

• The angle bracket is oriented so layer lines run through both legs — the corner can't delaminate under load
• Inner-corner fillet and gussets remove the stress concentration at the joint
• Bracing never blocks screws: gussets auto-shrink or holes auto-shift to keep every screw path clear
• Horizontal holes have teardrop roofs — no supports, ever
• Edge chamfer doubles as elephant-foot compensation

Screws: defaults fit M4 flat-head (DIN 965). 
Countersinks sit on the inner face — screws go in from the open side, the outer faces stay perfectly flat against your wall, shelf or box.

Print settings: PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 4+ perimeters, 30%+ infill, no supports. 
Print in the orientation as modeled. For load-bearing use: 4 mm+ thickness, keep bracing on.
