Description

Accidentally bought the wrong size extrusion for your swivel project? So did I. Rather than replacing the extrusion, I designed and 3D printed this adapter to make the incorrect extrusion fit perfectly with the existing swivel assembly. The adapter provides a simple and cost-effective solution, allowing you to use the extrusion you already have instead of purchasing new material.

Features

  • Designed to adapt mismatched extrusion sizes
  • Simple, strong, and easy to print
  • No support material required (if applicable)
  • Saves time and money by reusing existing parts
  • Tested on my own swivel setup

Print Recommendations

  • PETG, or ABS
  • 20-40% infill
  • 3-4 wall loops for additional strength
  • Print in the supplied orientation

If this adapter helps save one of your projects, please consider leaving a like and posting a make!
