Flipper zero case.
You will need 6 M3x25mm socket head cap screws. All fasteners screw into the plastic.
Print the optional seal with a TPU softer than a shore hardness of 95A. The seal needs to be squishy for it to work correctly. I recommend 2 top and bottom and 2 perimeters/walls with 0% infill.
Alternatively you can buy a length of 3mm round foam seal from your local hardware store or online and measure and cut to size as shown in the photo description.
This case is designed for the foam inserts that comes with your Flipper zero when you buy it. Just pull out the inserts from the box that your Flipper Zero comes in and place the larger foam insert into the bottom of the case and the smaller one that holds the USB cable into the lid of the case. They are friction fit.
There is a section at the bottom of the case to store your spare SD cards etc.
No supports are required.
