Description
This is a physical productivity board inspired by the Eisenhower Matrix, designed to help you manage time and prioritize tasks visually and effectively. It categorizes to-dos into four quadrants based on urgency and importance:
- Urgent & Important (bottom right)
- Important but Not Urgent (bottom left)
- Urgent but Not Important (top right)
- Not Urgent & Not Important (top left)
There is also a dedicated Finished column on the right to move completed tasks.
Tasks can be written on small plastic inserts using Bambu Studio’s text tool, then placed into the corresponding grid slot. The inserts come in two sizes:
- 16.2 mm: Fits snugly into the frame, offering firm placement but may require a tool (like a spatula) to remove.
- 16.0 mm: Easier to insert and remove, allowing for more flexible task updates, but they may fall out more easily.
This tool offers a tactile and visual way to stay organized, plan smarter, and focus on what really matters.
