Description

Hey, I’m IceC. If you enjoy my work, consider following to see future designs.

This 3D-printed USB case provides a practical way to repair damaged flash drives or customize new ones with logos, colors, designs, or text. I have successfully used these models to repair two USB drives and to create new custom enclosures.

In my experience, the designs fit and function reliably. If you encounter issues with dimensions or fit, they are most likely due to variations in USB PCB designs rather than the model itself. The models have worked well across different PCB types I tested.

If needed, you can slightly scale the model to improve the fit. Alternatively, feel free to contact me directly for the source files or assistance in modifying the design for better compatibility.
