3D-Printed Ukulele – Assembly and Notes
This first model is intended for demonstration purposes only and cannot be properly tuned.
For the version you can play, please print using the second print profile and insert a rectangular rod of 5x5mm and 100mm in length. Since I didn’t have a suitable rod available, I haven’t tested this yet, but it should fit.
If there are any problems there, just write, then I will take care of it directly.
As seen in the pictures, the small bridges must be lightly tapped in with a hammer and then shortened to the right length on both sides. The guitar strings are installed just like a standard ukulele. First, tie a knot at the bottom and then tighten the string at the top. When threading the wire through the tuning peg, make sure to leave enough length to allow approximately three full turns, ensuring sufficient tension.
If you are unfamiliar with stringing a ukulele, check out Youtube pls.
If you have any questions or additional ideas for a back pattern, feel free to message me!
I hope you like the design.
I believe the assembly is very simple – almost a plug-and-see? Or as they say, plug-and-play!
