Using ABS all items formed correctly, however I may have been suffering moisture issues. ironically the reason I printed the dry pods. The printed parts had a furry type finish. All parts fitted together and fitted into place in the AMS2. Humidity has reduced down to 7% from around 50%. Happy to print this again and create a rotating set of dry pods.
