Bloody great model. Takes a while to print but the results are fantastic! My wife has me printing 200 of these to give to everyone in her office now.

I printed this for a neighbour kid with autism that loves space and gears, so it was the perfect combination! I did each plate of gears in a different colour because he’s 100% going to take it apart and put it back together a million times and the colour coding might help him the first few times but it still looks great. the screw holes were a little small and I had to drill them out a bit, but I’m in Canada and metric screws are hard to find so I might have just got the wrong size and that’s why the didn’t fit. Also for anyone else struggling to find the proper screws, it can all be assembled with regular M3x10 screws. the self tapping and hex heads and stuff just help.

Printed in matte PLA. The first time I printed it I found that some sections were under supported, like the underside of the arms and the nose. I changed a few settings in the print profile, like additional supports for the nose and printed it at the 0.08mm high quality preset with a 0.4mm nozzle. The underside of the arms still weren’t supported enough and needed some sanding but the model is really nice overall.

I printed about 100 of these guys over a few days. clear transparent Bambu petg for the mug and yellow or orange pla for the beer because I had some of each left over from previous prints. The different colours worked well, they look like different styles of beer. The petg worked good for the mug, I played around with layer thickness and ironing to see if I could get it more see through but it looks better as is. More like a frosted mug. The more you can see through it the less like beer it looks. Only feedback is that the articulated legs can be a bit stiff and stick at times, but that may also be my choice of petg, I definitely didn’t dry it as much as I should have before starting the print.

Looks good. Printed in multicolour silk PLA. The bottom few layers printed in pink and the rest printed in teal, I flipped the drip tray over so the pink was up. But the part that actually goes into the machine is poorly designed and doesn’t fit. It’s to long and to fat so needs to be heavily modified after printing to make it fit. The drip tray also needs to be a little thicker to give it more strength, it’s kind of squishy as is.

I printed a little army of them for my wife to give out at work. I was getting low on white filament so set the printer to purge in the infill of the print. Don’t do that, you can see faint black and red bands on some of mine because the white isn’t dark enough to hide the darker purge infill. Oops. But it’s a great quick print for a little Halloween joy. I’ve got another 10 in glow in the dark filament printing right now because my daughter wanted a “rare” version 🤣

Great quality, the pieces fit together snuggly and there’s no wobble in the shelf at all once it’s together.

Easy print, no issues at all. Takes a little bit of force to snap the internal supports around the spring mechanism so you can use the catapult, I thought I was going to break it but it held together well. Works great to launching peas at my kids across the dinner table.

Good for a few clicks, but then it wears out quickly. Still bouncy though.
