Very helpful!! After 2 adjustments the latest surface was nearly perfect

Love the design! Only downside was I printed the cover twice in translucent PETG but they both cracked on installation. Switched to TPU and that works great! First time to print such a flexible part. Outstanding use in this application! Very Nice!

Printed and the locked to the charger perfectly! I liked the locking feature and the weather protection that others did not include. Based on some other comments I enlarged the lip on top to better hold the cables. Printed in PETG

Printed great! Looks fantastic in 4 color print! I made mods that reduced the size a little, added features on the side to wind the wires, adjusted hole sizes for specific component sizes and added standoffs on the cover inside to mount the terminal strips. Also modified schematic to add current limiting resistors to the LEDs, especially the continuity check circuit.
