My Kalerm K95L coffee machine kept breaking the brew group motor gear, and replacements were costly with the same design flaw. I designed a stronger, 3D-printable replacement in Fusion 360—split into 3 parts for easy printing, assembly, and re-use. Printed on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with PC filament, 100% infill, 0.1 mm layers. Fits Jura, Kalerm & others. Quiet, smooth, and durable—no damage after a week of daily use.
