My goal was a high-quality Jooki NFC token with an OEM-like fit, so I designed this new model from scratch. It took many iterations (pics below!). I tried complex dual-material prints (PLA+TPU) with manual swaps & interlocking, but strength and finish suffered. The breakthrough was sticking to PLA, with the secret sauce in the profile: obsessively tuned ironing settings for a strong, super-smooth finish.
