Other than creating a 'COPY' of a printing profile, is there a way to make a permanent change to the Z TOP OFFSET on SUPPORTS so I don't have to change it every time?

I printed the file by SMACKMAX for a tp holder in my camper. My wife was worried the tp would home out and asked for an outer lip to keep the tp in place. Happy spouse, happy house. :-)
