I replaced my stock sofa legs with these shorter versions to drop the height by about 4 inches. It’s a simple change that makes the living area feel less crowded.
I used Elegoo Walnut Wood PLA for the finish. It has a matte, fibrous texture that blends well with my leather couch. Structurally, the weight is supported by a 6-inch steel bolt inside the print.
If you try this, I'd suggest adding felt stickers to the bottom. It keeps the bolt from scratching the floor and finishes the look.
