This was a great model. Printed in PETG with my own profile, 5 walls 40% infill, scaled up to allow an M5 bolt to thread in as the axle. Wheel is about 1-1/8". Using for sliding gate rollers. Will add pictures once I get them on.

Great print. Everything came out very close. My 1" block measures 1.010 and Im going to blame the PETG for that. Excellent work. Now we need some with magnets!
