A fairly simple OpenSCAD model to create custom rollers, the style that might go on a bolt.
Settings
Roller Main
- outer_diameter: Outer diameter of the roller
- inner_diameter: Inner diameter of the roller
- length : Length of the roller
Inner Extrusion
- inner_extrusion_diameter: Diameter of the inner extrusion
- inner_extrusion_length: Length of the inner extrusion
Outer Extrusion
- outer_extrusion_diameter: Diameter of the outer extrusion
- outer_extrusion_length: Length of the outer extrusion
Rebate
- rebate_diameter: Diameter of the rebate
- rebate_depth_diameter: Depth diameter of the rebate
- rebate_height_position: Height position of the rebate
