Created for a my friend. The model shown in pictures is provided of inscription, not present in shared model. ;-)
For the hardware you can use what are you want, but if you want use the same my hardware buy the following light in Amazon and use the its hardware:

Use glue (like cyanoacrylate) to fix the back panel and the optional Hueforge panel.
Use the double sided tape to fix the hardware light to the back panel. I suggest you to use this:
