Description

Hello Makerworld community !

For my first design and contest on this platform I make a rocket thruster inspired from the work of Leap71 company. This firm is a pioneer in Computational Engineering which can generate parts, structures or entire machine with an open-source software which translate human engineering knowledge into algorithms.

For more information on this company : https://leap71.com/

I redesign one of their AI generated rocket engines. I simplified and sized it to print it on a Bambulab 256x256x256mm bedding. All input/output ports communicate with real ducts and tubes (without the 120° cut).

Here is the parts of the model :

Printing Material:

I printed the model using PLA

- PLA Silk Copper

- PLA Matte Ash Grey

- PLA Basic black

Bill of Materials

I am currently using it as a fixing

- 4x Screws M8*1.25

- 2x Nuts M8*1.25

Next features :

  • Add lock pins instead of M8 bolds
  • Develop an educational model with different colour parts to understand which input-output communicate with
