Used 0.16 Optimal @BBL profile on X1C with 0.4 nozzle Made Tile 12 240mm long as this is divisible by many of the smaller tile lengths The box holds 3 rows of length 12 stacked 4 rows high Had to reduce length of shorter tiles slightly due to expansion, most likely due to the overhang, so they would fit more easily (Using support didn’t help with this issue and was messy to remove due to small size) Used different colours for different lengths

0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
