A simple wall switch label system

This system requires the Smiley Sans font, which needs to be downloaded and installed before printing

No AMS for label printing

A pause has been added to the label print profile; during printing, the main body of the title will be printed first, then after the pause, the text color can be changed, and printing can continue to achieve label printing

Easy disassembly

There is a slot at the bottom for easy removal of the decorative frame

Compatible with single, double, and triple gang switches

In the print profile and open-source STL files, three types of switch slots are preset for users to adapt to their own switch panels

Easy support removal, overhang optimization

The print profile has adjusted support and bridging settings to facilitate support removal and optimize the printing effect of overhangs

Completely open source

Because switch panel specifications are not entirely uniform, STL files have been uploaded, and you can modify the model yourself It is completely open source and can be used for commercial purposes as desired

Note:

1 The label text uses the open-source "Smiley Sans" font, which has been tested and found to be very suitable for 3D printing This font needs to be downloaded and installed in advance

2 Because my switch panel is only 86x89mm with an r=5mm panel, only this specification has been actually print-tested For the 86mm size, only an 86x86mm r=2mm specification was made I hope everyone can help test its compatibility after actual printing

3 If your switch panel is not compatible, you can provide the width, height, and corner radius of the panel, and I will upload a model that fits that specification as soon as I see it
