Description

This minimalist toploader mailing protector case is designed to keep your TCG cards safe during shipping without adding unnecessary bulk or wasted material. Made to fit standard 3 inch by 4 inch toploaders commonly used for trading cards, the clean and practical design makes packaging cards simple, secure, and efficient.

The case features a latch mechanism that locks the cover into place with a satisfying click, helping to prevent accidental openings during transit. Special attention was also given to durability and usability. Rounded fillets are implemented along the edges and corners to reduce sharp contact points, preventing the case from cutting into envelopes, bubble mailers, or paper packaging while being shipped.

To further optimize the design, cutouts are added strategically throughout the body to reduce filament usage while still maintaining structural strength. The base version uses only 22 g of filament to hold 1 toploader, while larger versions increase by only around 2 g per additional toploader:
• 1 Toploader – 22 g
• 2 Toploaders – 24 g
• 3 Toploaders – 26.6 g

Currently, the design supports up to 6 toploaders, and larger capacity versions can be made upon request through the comments or profile messages.

I have personally been using these cases for mailing cards on TCGplayer, and the feedback so far has been very positive, especially regarding protection, compactness, and the satisfying locking mechanism.
