Bill of Materials
Description
I wanted to make a lamp using a terracotta-coloured filament I had lying around, and this is the result. It’s compatible with the Bambu Lab lamp kit.
This is the first lamp I’ve designed.
I didn’t want to take any risks, and the kit sits a bit loosely on the base; it might fall off if the lamp is moved from one place to another. This can be fixed with a dot of glue.
The base has four holes for fitting felt pads of the sort used on chairs to prevent scratching the floor. Although they aren’t strictly necessary.
The shade fits perfectly onto the base. At least with the filaments I’ve used.
I printed it using transparent PLA and it has a fuzzy skin finish around the edge.
Both the base and the shade are designed so that no supports are needed.
I hope you like it.
