Mini Loom
Print Profile(1)

Description
A mini loom
Used to observe and understand the principles of weaving and different patterns
Overall dimensions approximately 165*140*85mm
Designed with 3 basic 'heddle' plates and 13 heddle pieces for threading warps (to lift and lower warps, creating a shed for the shuttle to pass through)
These can be fixed separately on the 3 basic plates, creating different upper, middle, and lower warp layers when moved up and down
The two figures below illustrate the ABCABC...A sequence and ACAC...A sequence respectively (using thicker colored threads will make it more obvious, and multiple shuttles can be used simultaneously)
Right side view: warps divided into 3 layers

Right side view: warps divided into 2 layers

Assembly diagram:
You can install one set first, and adjust it after mounting it on the machine (lift the upper pressure plate, then lift the heddle piece upwards and slide it out horizontally)

In this step, pay attention to the horizontal alignment of the left and right sides and the gear relationship of the A\C heddle fixing plates. When flat, all three ABC plates are level. When lifted, A and C are at high and low positions, respectively.
A threading hook can be used for threading, securing the front and back threads
