Cup Holder

Practical cup holder tray for 2, 3, 4 or 5 cups – inspired by classic McDonald’s cardboard carriers, but redesigned as a durable, reusable version. Perfect for takeout coffee, car use, workshop, or outdoor trips. The structure is rigid, stable and keeps cups secure even when fully loaded.

The model was printed in PETG-CF and I strongly recommend this material. Thanks to the carbon fiber reinforcement, the tray is significantly stiffer, more heat resistant and less prone to deformation compared to standard PLA. I used a 0.4 mm hardened nozzle – this is mandatory when printing PETG-CF, as carbon fiber filament will quickly wear out standard brass nozzles.

Important: in your printer settings you must set Bed Exclude Area to 0x0, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0. Without this, the model may not start correctly or could be clipped by the firmware.

Simple design, solid performance – print it once and you’re set for a long time. 💪
