Motorcycle Handlebar Riser
Print Profile(1)

Description
Legal & safety note (Germany): In Germany, modifications to handlebar/steering components may require an approved part (e.g., ABE/TTG) and/or an official inspection/registration under §19 StVZO. Using non-approved parts can invalidate the vehicle’s operating permit and may affect insurance coverage. This 3D-printed model is provided for test-fitting/prototyping only and should not be used on public roads. Always check local regulations.
I designed this handlebar riser to make my Kawasaki Z400 more comfortable. There are versions for 22 mm handlebars, and a 25 mm version as well.
30 mm of extra height worked best for me, but 15, 20, 30, and 40 mm options are available.
I don’t recommend printing it in PLA unless you’re only doing a test fit.
The model is fully parametric, so feel free to ask for different diameters, heights, or lengths.
I can only confirm that the 22 mm version fits and works well on the Kawasaki Z400; I haven’t had the chance to test it on other bikes.
I printed mine in Bambu Lab PAHT-CF and, at the time of publishing, it has been mounted on my personal bike for over 18 months with no visible signs of material degradation. This is not a certification or safety guarantee—use at your own risk and follow local laws/regulations.
