Description
The floating witch hat for Halloween decoration has a small hole at the top through which you can thread a thin transparent string (e.g. fishing line) and tie it to the small eyelet, then you can hang the hat wherever you want.
The hole in the hat is also so small that if you use it as a simple decoration or for dolls, it is not really noticeable.
