Description:
Adapter ring for standard Schrader car valves, suitable for commercial spray cans With this adapter, a spray can can be refilled and re-pressurized

Recommended Application:
For a 600ml spray can, it is recommended to fill it to approximately one third of its volume to allow sufficient space for air pressure This creates only a low operating pressure (Low Pressure) Actual performance depends on: the viscosity of the material used (thin liquids work more reliably), the flow rate of the nozzle used (high-flow caps or viscous paints are often unsuitable)

Advantages:
Cost-efficient: Multiple uses possible, reduces material costs compared to disposable spray cans
Environmentally friendly: Less waste, as spray cans do not need to be constantly disposed of
Flexibility: Mix your own colors, determine your own quantities
Lower pressure risk: With low pressure, the risk of sudden material failure or explosions is lower – the system is more likely to react with leaks before catastrophic failure occurs

Disadvantages / Risks:
Limited performance: Low pressure means lower spray pressure, shorter range, uneven application – especially with viscous paints
Rapid pressure drop: Pressure decreases faster under load
Safety risk: Incorrect pressure, unsuitable materials, or inappropriate caps can lead to leaks or, in extreme cases, dangerous situations
Material compatibility: Thick paints or high-flow caps are problematic – blockages or an uneven spray pattern may occur
Responsibility: Since refilling and pressurizing occur outside standardized manufacturing processes, the risk lies with the user
Maintenance: Valves and adapters must be kept clean and intact Damage or leaks increase the risk
