Description

Design Concept
This 3D-printed visor showcases a clean and functional aesthetic. Designed to be both lightweight and durable, it offers protection from sunlight while allowing maximum airflow.
Purpose
Primarily used for outdoor activities such as tennis, golf, or running, this visor ensures comfort and sun protection without the additional weight of a full hat.
Printing Recommendations
Use PLA or PETG for the best combination of flexibility and durability. Ensure that the print bed is well-levelled to prevent warping on the brim. Consider a layer height of 0.2mm for a balance of speed and detail.
Assembly Instructions
The visor band and brim are printed together as a single piece to ensure strength in one seamless print. No additional assembly is required, making it ready to use once cooled and cleaned of any brims or supports.
