Description
Welcome to the 3D scanner!
This model allows you to scan any 3D model quickly and easily, without needing professional scanning equipment.
Furthermore, it is compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 MINI!
To assemble it, follow these steps:
- Print all parts.
- Remove supports from the turntable and base, removing any obstructing the mobile phone space, but leave those underneath and around the holes—they won't interfere.
- Position the base with the phone mount facing you.
- Attach the mobile phone holder.
- Place the gear on the left, with the flower-like part facing outwards.
- Insert the gear into the wheel, ensuring it fits into the designated slot.
- Finally, place the top piece onto the gear, in the designated slot.
Everything is designed to fit, but you can apply a little glue if needed.
Also, ensure you print the rotating base top in white; this will assist the scanner.

Once assembled, place your phone (without a case) in the designated space and begin scanning.
You can use any application, but we recommend Kiri Engine, Scaniverse, or Autodesk's new software.
To rotate the turntable, simply turn the wheel.
Turntable dimensions: 14 cm diameter.
This model is a modification of: https://makerworld.com/es/models/50327#profileId-52132
However, the original model lacked a robust gear fixing system; the handle would slip on the wheel, resulting in instability and inconvenience.
Furthermore, it consumed more material and time, and was incompatible with the A1 MINI.
Finally, it relied on sound-based scanning, a functionality no longer supported by modern smartphones, rendering that feature unusable.
Therefore, I opted to reduce the number of mechanical parts, modify the remaining ones, as well as the base, the turntable, and their configurations.
