3D printable enclosures, mounts, and accessories for RVs, overland rigs, trailers, and work trucks. Designed under the TrailCurrent name with a consistent design language and common fasteners so parts stack and mount together cleanly. Everything is built to print on standard FDM printers. No exotic materials, supports kept to a minimum. Drop a photo in Makes if you print one.
The Solstice enclosure is now live on Makerworld. It's the printed case for our solar MPPT monitor module, part of the open-source TrailCurrent SDV platform. Real-time visibility into your solar and battery system, right on your local network, no cloud required. Print it in ABS, pair it with the open hardware and firmware, and keep an eye on every watt your panels are pulling.

Built a wall-mounted enclosure for the Waveshare ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-7B as part of a larger RV monitoring system. The 7" touch display shows live data over CAN bus - battery, water levels, leveling, and more. The case snaps onto a wall plate with four clip tabs so it pulls off the wall easily when you need to get to the hardware. Prints in ABS with tree supports on the body. Happy to answer questions if you are building something similar with this board!

New model: TrailCurrent Reservoir Case — a 3D-printed enclosure for monitoring fresh, grey, and black water tank levels in your RV or trailer. Uses a Waveshare ESP32-S3 board with 12 contactless sensors (4 per tank) reporting fill percentages over CAN bus. No holes drilled in your tanks. Two-part ABS case, no supports needed, M3 screws to close it up. Embossed labels on the cover so you know which connector is which. Part of the open-source TrailCurrent vehicle platform. Feedback welcome!
