Excellent design & print! printed plate 2 hardware in poly carb and the main vice in PA6-GF. lubricant works well. May try reprinting with higher wall count & infill to stiffen further but it’s held up well the past week!

Came out nicely. thanks! PLA on Handle parts. Translucent PETG for the blade. ended up drilling out a channel to run 5V wires into the blade for the LED strip purchased on Amazon. If printing for kids, I recommend going into Bambu studio and adding two internal solid / skinny 6-8mm cylinders on the first section of the blade along the two internal blade radius’ and merging them into a single part before slicing for added strength, th model is weakest particularly in the area of the joint between the first two blade sections. My daughter managed to break the blade twice!

Print came out well in Black PETG-GF on a H2S. thanks! I plan to try printing in a softer material or maybe modifying to do it as a 2 filament print in the future.

Turned out perfect in PA6-CF. o fail of the design but the AMS HT is a tight fit so it doesn’t leave room for an inner spool desiccant holder to protrude at all (when not in use).

Came out great in PET-GF! Raised nozzle temp to 300 deg. Used 78-80 deg bed temp. 45 deg chamber temp. no fans. Gave it a Siraya Tech coating afterwards to keep glass fibers in / away from skin.
