Hello everyone! My name is Nik, and I’m excited to introduce my first fully 3D-printable board game — Mars Haulers! As someone who enjoys 3D printing — especially with kids — I thought: why not create a board game that’s fun for both children and adults? Something easy to understand and quick to get on the table. Not "straight out of the box" this time, but rather: "straight off the printer." At the same time, I wanted it to include meaningful game mechanics, so even grown-ups can enjoy it with friends. That was my design goal — to create a game that’s fun, accessible, and rewarding for all ages. As you might guess from the title, Mars Haulers takes place on the Red Planet. Each player becomes the driver of a cargo rover, gathering and delivering vital resources to help build the first colony on Mars. But the mission won’t be easy — the Martian surface is full of unknown challenges. The driver who contributes the most to the colony’s success will win. Others… well, they’ll be reassigned to less glamorous jobs. Like sorting Martian dust. By hand. I'll be posting more about the game, including components, how it works, and how to print and play it. I made this protective case after dropping my GoPro during a ride. I wanted something minimal but secure, with a tight snap-fit and no need for screws or straps. After a few test prints and tweaks, this version came out just right — strong, clean, and easy to print. Hope it helps others keep their GoPro safe too!
