I am a newbie! I’m so new that my brand new A1 and A1 mini are messed up and I don’t have any idea what I’ve done wrong. If anyone knows what I did, please, please tell me!!! I have 2 A1s, an A1 mini and finally I bought a P1S, which I am terrified to set up. I don’t want to mess it up as well!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!
My A1 won't calibrate. It makes a horrible grinding noise and then says calibration failed. Does anyone know what I can do?
I'm BRAND NEW to 3D Printing so any help is a lifesaver to me!!!!Thank you in advance!
