I was in need of something to cover an outdoor plug for some string lights with the extension cable. Top has a recess for the included gasket, a few drops of glue will be needed to hold the gasket in. The main opening for feeding the cables has a sliding gasket/hole cover that will fit around any size wire you feed in.I have had this for several months during SEVERE storms and the lid has never moved or come off.
