Okay... this is my 6th attempt, and I think I finally have something that somewhat works as a nasal dilator. It's the first one that actually stays throughout the night, it's not uncomfortable, and actually helps me breathe.

Buying a $180 Pony? No thanks. Spending 3kg of PLA on designing protypes to make this thing work? - Now that's my jam! Was it worth it? Absolutely!

I love making leather wallets, but printed patterns only go so far - my T-slots often came out crooked and misaligned. So I made these 3D printed spacer tools to fix that. They let me quickly lineup card pockets with a consistent offset (10mm, 11mm, etc.) without measuring each time. Now I get clean, repeatable results, full symmetry, and save a ton of time on every build.

I finally got this right. I needed to print out the brackets for my 2x4 workbench, and the designs on MW were too loose, or they sandwiched PLA between wood. So it made them flimsy. I wanted a way to design this in a format that would allow me to glue wood-to-wood to avoid having a piece of PLA stuck between both pieces of 2x4s.

Like any other tool you buy... the tool is affordable, the attachments break the bank. So I figured I might as well do them myself. This is the first attachment I made for my Compact Handheld Router from Milwaukee.

I made this Round Sanding Stick to help sand down edges on fine leatherwork, perfect for sanding small curves and intricate edges on items like wallets, passport covers, and watch straps. It features a locking mechanism that secures 50mm sandpaper, allowing for quick replacement and dual-grit use (e.g., 800 and 1000 grit). I did this to try and help me save my thumbs lol - I used to wrap sanding paper around my finger only to burn it due to friction. I hope it helps someone!

A couple years ago, I purchased a leather creasing machine online at a bargain price - around $100, give or take. There’s a version of this machine sold online by T.L. for nearly $600, the only difference is the stand it comes with. The machine itself, along with specialty tips, can be purchased separately. Recently, I put my P1S Printer to work and designed my own stand/tool holder for the creasing machine. Here’s what I came up with:

I made this leather template to help me cutout the watch bands that I make out of leather. I made them in 3 different sizes | 22mm, 20mm, and 18mm. If you're into leather, this should help you make the process of making a watch band a lot simpler.

Decided to bite the bullet and make the drawer units modular. I added 3 extra drawers and a drawer holder that's twice as deep as the other ones.

A while back, I bought a Dremel bit organizer. I didn't know it at the time, but when it came in, I saw the 3D printed lines on the side of the organizer. It was one of those "I'm dumb" moments - and just made my own. I'm looking to turn this into a modular system in the future.

@MakerWorld - I didn’t understand the hype. 3D Printing was slow. I had an E3. One project took three days of attempts before failing 11 hours in. Frustrated, I told my wife, “I should buy a P1S… let’s go to Microcenter!” 3 hours later, I had my first successful print. Two weeks later, I had two P1S & AMS units. In three years, I used two rolls of filament on the E3; now I burn through five rolls a week. This was my first P1S project: https://makerworld.com/en/models/492668#profileId-406299
