This is an awesome design, thanks for all of the work that went into this. This has definitely been my most ambitious 3D printing project, but I love how it turned out.
I did run into some difficulties with some of the posts breaking off with surprisingly little force when I tried to insert them into the bearings, I reprinted some of the parts several times. I think this might have something do to with the filament I was using, which was the BambuLab silver ABS. It doesn't seem to adhere to itself as well as, say, the black ABS, kind of like what I've seen with some silk PLA filaments. I ended up doing what somebody else here suggested on a couple of the posts. I drilled out where the posts had broken off and put in an M8 heat insert and used an M8x20 button head screw bolt to attach the rotating arm. It seems to be working, guess we'll see if it holds. I didn't have any trouble with the top posts, probably because the layers are oriented lengthwise.
