Description
I love minimalist wallets, all those commercial (I have a Ridge) and those 3D printed - I do believe I have tried (closely to) most of those out there.
One small drawback is that in addition to cards (which I have limited daily use for since the advent of the Apple iPhone built-in wallet) I also do carry “some” cash. Certainly not enough to buy a boat (even a small one), but enough to become slightly problematic in other minimalist wallets with clips/straps/space-for-some-notes. This means I need to slightly scale up my expectations and thus this model was born.
It is still a very bare-bones wallet, functions primarily a 5x card carrier, but with enough space for my cash. This will most probably evolve some more - since I started carrying these models, I have already made a couple of tweaks to address some small-ish issues, there may be some more remaining. Additionally, if it can go more “minimal”, I'm certainly up for it as long as it does cash and cards…
I have printed this in both PLA and PETG (both the Bambu variety), and am currently carrying the transparent PETG version around.
Notes on the models: In addition to the .stl models and the .3mf files, I'm also sharing the original .scad model file - this requires BOSL2.
